I was 24 when it was first published, and at that time I was feeling like a magless* - too old for teen mags, too "this is not my world yet" for (adults) women's mags, and too low budget for fashion and foreign magazines.
*concerning magazines for women, because there were always the other genres - weeklies, entertainment, in-flight, etc etc.
Vinte is Portuguese for Twenty.
