I have a heavy addiction. And besides being heavy, it occupies a lot of space. That’s the reason to keep it registered here – if I do not manage to buy a farm to store all these mags, I’ll have to slowly start getting rid of them. So, like an inventory, this will be a glimpse of my dear, abundant magazine collection.
(I know I'll find a way to have a huge farm - in fact, this is a "just in case" register. Yes. Absolutely. That's what it is.)
Gabriel is named after an avenue in Sao Paulo (Gabriel Monteiro da Silva) that is famous for its high end decor and design shops. Therefore, the content of the magazine is justified.
Considering the year of France in Brazil (2009), many topics related to the French style and its endlessly influence on Brazilian architecture.
Yearly issued / one shot magazine (this is the fourth edition), the magazine has a high quality of paper and design. It's distributed on specific points of Jardins (the neighbourhood where Gabriel Monteiro da Silva avenue is located) and sold and some newsstands around it. I bought it on Laselva bookshop at Congonhas airport (but this is a "suppliers" matter).
