Last but not least, Saraiva is on my list of Places to do it

Livraria Saraiva has stores and MEGAstores. On the megastores we usually find a nice coffee shop inside.

In Rio, it's the pleasant Café Baroni

At some stores in Sao Paulo and in Campinas (huge countryside city in the State of Sao Paulo), the café service is provided by Starbucks (indeed, the first Starbucks shop in Brazil was founded in Saraiva megastore at Morumbi shopping mall).

Also in the stores of Sao Paulo, there are Suplicy Cafés Especiais, Coffee&Book, Treviolo Cafeteria, Havanna Café (these last ones also at Saraiva stores in other Brazilian cities, like Curitiba, Goiania, Juiz de Fora, Florianopolis).

And:

Feito a Grao at Saraiva in Salvador,

Deltaexpresso at Saraiva in Recife,

Le Cafe at Saraiva store in Manaus; Varietá and Cafe do Porto at the stores in Porto Alegre

Wouldn't it be grand to travel all over Brazil, visiting each one of these bookshops?
